Patient History
Mr. Sarode, a 60-year-old male, was diagnosed with lumbar canal stenosis (LCS) at L3–L5 with acute urinary retention. He suffered from severe lower back and leg pain, tingling and numbness in the left leg, and difficulty walking due to neurogenic claudication. Weakness in the foot caused his footwear to slip repeatedly. His urinary symptoms progressed from dribbling to complete urine retention, and constipation further increased his discomfort. Symptoms Before Surgery
- Severe back and leg pain
